CCR Youth is designed to help teenagers grow in their faith, character and knowledge of God. We want all teens to have a personal faith and develop a relationship with Christ. CCR youth is exciting and fun, but also a safe place where teens can feel like they belong.

Youth are invited to be involved in all aspects of church life. Youth are a valued part of the church community and are included in all activities and events planned by CCR. They also have an opportunity to do their own youth reach-outs and events guided by our youth leaders. Youth Nights are designed to help Youth finetune their walk with Christ and live the life God intended for them.

At CCR we love our teens and want to help them through these important transitional years into adulthood. We recognize that for many teens faith begins at home, that’s why we strive to partner with parents in the handing down of their faith to the next generation.

Reach Out provides an opportunity for CCR Youth to go into their community as volunteers and make a difference. Our strategy is to gather teens, grow their faith and then go with them as they reach out to others. We want to inspire our teens to live a life with a purpose higher than themselves. Reach Out is one way we encourage them to live out their faith.

Onsite Events

Reach Out on site events are done with CCR Youth, but we also invite youth from high schools around the country to join us. The primary on site event is NEXT.

NEXT is a youth conference designed to awaken high school students. Through speakers, music and other elements we inspire them, train them to be leaders and enable them to embrace their God given potential. NEXT is a place where youth are energized and launched on mission to discover and fully achieve their purpose! It’s a place where teens will be inspired to dream more, learn more, become more and do more. NEXT aims to give youth a clear vision and invincible courage so that they can change the narrative of their lives and their world.

Offsite Activities

CCR offers and supervises various off-site activities on a monthly basis. This is a chance for teens to join youth leaders as they go out and serve the community. These off-site activities have included visiting hospitals, widows and orphans, and painting houses. This gives our youth the opportunity to serve others, provide fellowship and share the love of God.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

Verse of the week.

Sermon verse

3 The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice.” Jesus used this figure of speech, but the Pharisees did not understand what he was telling them.

2 John 10:2-22
