Chidren Ministry

We believe children are an important part of our church family and we value what they bring to CCR. Our children’s classes are designed to use fun, interactive and age-appropriate methods to teach spiritual truth and knowledge. Classes are available for children age 2 to 12 years old.

Our mission is to see each child develop a personal faith and begin to have a relationship with Jesus. We help children grow in knowledge, wisdom and faith. Caring teachers mentor the children and create an environment that is safe and welcoming to all. We recognize that for many children faith begins at home and we strive to partner with parents providing them support, knowledge and events as they lead their children spiritually.

We will not hide these truths from our children; we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord, about his power and his mighty wonders. Psalms 78:4.

Verse of the week.

Sermon verse

"It was by faith that Moses, when he grew up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. He chose to share the oppression of God’s people instead of enjoying the fleeting pleasures of sin. He thought it was better to suffer for the sake of Christ than to own the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking ahead to his great reward. It was by faith that Moses left the land of Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger. He kept right on going because he kept his eyes on the one who is invisible. It was by faith that Moses commanded the people of Israel to keep the Passover and to sprinkle blood on the doorposts so that the angel of death would not kill their firstborn sons."
